We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst that is very bright, self motivated and comfortable helping drive smart business decisions. The corporate finance team enjoys challenging the status quo, thinking creatively and helping the company deepen our understanding of the business and its drivers. Our goal is to ensure the company makes the right strategic investments to continue our rapid growth.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide guidance for new tests and initiatives and create business cases to validate scaling
Prepare and enhance business scorecards to provide context on business performance
Assist and improve forecasting models to determine staffing requirements
Support the Customer Operation Leaders with budgets, expense forecasts and variance analysis to provide risk and opportunity assessments
Help identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Participate in operational planning
Provide ad hoc analysis and financial analysis as needed

BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE

Graduate degree in business, finance or related discipline preferred
5+ years related experience, including financial modeling and data analysis
Strong analytical skills coupled with solid written and communication skills
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Self directed, self motivated and demonstrated experience providing ideas and solutions to further business understanding
Must be comfortable interacting with members of the Leadership Team
Experience driving or using Six Sigma or comparable processes
Experience with Infor BPA and Cognos is a plus
